APT's Network Planner is used to complete both top down market level analysis to scout for new locations, as well as bottom up pro-forma site planning. Using APT's Test & Learn™ solution, retailers can efficiently answer three key questions about any investment made in a retail network, from a simple coat of paint to a complete tear down and rebuild:

  • What is the attributable lift in sales and profits created by the investment? How long will it take for the investment to payback?

  • What specific elements of the physical investment (be it new cashier stations to updated lighting to technology kiosks) drive the greatest returns vs. which simply add to expense?

  • Which specific sites or markets would see the greatest lift from investments in improvements to the store?
